Outage

Sentiment Radar is currently running in a broken state. For all intents and purposes the service is offline. However, unlike other internet outages parts of the application are still available.

Currently, we are experiencing an issue in the link between two of our services. Messages delivered from the processing service destined to the front end service are not getting through. Messages sent in the other direction, front to processing, are working correctly.

As a user what this means is that you can sign in and navigate through the app with out issue. All your previously analyzed products are present and available to you. What doesn't work right now is analyzing new products or adding custom features against existing products.

The team is working as quickly as possible to fix the problem. We want to apologise to our users. We have some pretty cool features we were excited to deliver and in a rush to get them in your hands we made a mistake and brought the system down.
